Each Club whose team is required to travel more than 200 kilometres one way to play in an Ontario Cup game in one of the following rounds:
- Tournament Round
- Opening Round
- Re-Entry Round
- First Round
- Second Round
- Third Round
- Quarter-Final Round
- Semi-Final Round
- Cup Final Round
may apply to Ontario Soccer for a travel grant, in accordance with the following policies and procedures:
- claims for reimbursement shall be submitted using the Ontario Cup Travel Grant Application Form available to download off the Ontario Soccer website. Each form must be completed in its entirety.
- an expense claim must be accompanied by receipts
- an expense claim must be accompanied by a EFT Form (Note: Reimbursement will only be made to a Club or Team account. Not to a personal account)
- an expense claim submitted after October 31, 2023 shall not be accepted.
