After week 14 results, Sigma FC and Oakville Blue Devils are neck and neck in the West

The League1 Ontario Western Men's division just got a whole lot closer.

West division leaders Sigma FC were held to a 2-2 draw in Matchweek 14, while Oakville Blue Devils - hot on their heels in second place - defeated Masters FA Saints 2-1. The stage is well set for a marquee west division matchup between Oakville and Sigma this Thursday August 2.

In the east division, second place Vaughan Azzurri also closed the gap on leaders Woodbridge Strikers after the Azzurri eked out a 1-0 result over North Mississauga Panthers, and Woodbridge were held to a 0-0 draw with Toronto FC III in front of 500 supporters at Vaughan Grove, Woodbridge.

The League1 Ontario women's division also had several highlight moments in Matchweek 14.

Unionville Milliken SC's spell at the top of the women's division ended after fourteen weeks of dominance, with North Mississauga showing their ascendancy with a 4-0 defeat of UMSC.

Elsewhere, Vaughan Azzurri and FC London registered comprehensive wins and moved up the women's table as well, going joint-second and joint-third respectively with Unionville Milliken and Durham United FA.
