The Women's Team Ontario has got off to a strong start at the 2017 Canada Summer Games.

In their group stage matches, Ontario defeated the Northwest Territories 16-0 and downed Prince Edward Island by a score of 3-0.

The two wins secured their top place in the group and set-up Tuesday's night's quarterfinal match-up against Saskatchewan.

In the first podcast check-in with Team Ontario, Bryan Rosenfeld, Manager of High Performance and the U-18 Women's head coach shares his thoughts on the first two games, sets up Tuesday night's game against Saskatchewan and puts perspective on what events like this mean to developing players.

The next podcast check-in will be Thursday Aug. 3, the final day of competition.
