Registration Times

Friday, March 3 – 12:30 p.m. -1:30 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Saturday, March 4 – 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Sunday, March 4 – 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Registration will take place in the East foyer at Trent University Durham (55 Thornton Road S, Oshawa, ON)

If you haven't done it yet, you need to register for your sessions.

Here's how you get around this weekend

Lunches will be served in the Trent University Foyer. Attendees who have indicated dietary restrictions on their registration will be contacted with specific pick-up instructions.

Attendees will be assisted with the selection of 1 sandwich, 2 sides, and 1 drink.

With three keynote speakers coming on board, we've upped our commitment to bringing you people that are relevant to our community. And you can get a sneak peak at what they're planning to speak on. 

Jason deVos, the Director of Development for Canada Soccer, will lead things off on the Friday night.

He will be followed Saturday by Sheldon Kennedy, co-founder of the Respect Group, which provides empowering online abuse, bullying and harassment prevention education to sport organizations.

Our prices are lower than any other event of its kind in North America and we're proud to say we think we offer the best 360-degree learning, as well as outstanding networking opportunities.  

There are reduced rates for those booking groups of 5-20 attendees and even greater discounts for those booking 20 or more.

Also, the 2017 event will feature reduced pricing for youth (under 18 years of age) attendees. In addition, Female Mentorship Program participants, Learning Facilitators and District Administrators all receive special pricing.
