Match Report

North London got things off to a quick start with a highlight reel goal. They worked the ball past half and looped in a high arcing cross which fell right to the foot of Everrett Alcatrao who made no mistake, finishing the play in style for the opening goal of the game.

North London would increase their lead with seven minutes left in the first half as they broke in on a two on zero. After drawing the keeper to one side, Daniel Oshana was left all alone and calmly deposited the ball into the back of the net.

Richmond Hill’s keeper did all he could to keep the game close, making numerous acrobatic saves after the restart of the second half. He would finish with 22 stops on the day.

But it wouldn't be enough as North London proved too much for Richmond Hill as they poured in a final goal in the dying moments by Noel Franklin and captured the Ontario Indoor Cup U-16 Boys championship with a 3-0 win.
