The OSA Soccer Development Conference, held at RIM Park in Waterloo, was an overwhelming success in its first showing under the new format.

Over 400 coaches, referees, students and administrators spent the weekend taking in workshops, classrooms sessions and on and off field development from some of the best in the business.

One of the biggest attractions was to learn from esteemed Santos FC youth coach Luis Fernando Paes De Barros. Luis shared his thoughts on the importance of incorporating futsal in your programs and its benefits in development
