The OSA Soccer Development Conference, held at RIM Park in Waterloo, was an overwhelming success in its first showing under the new format.

Over 400 coaches, referees, students and administrators spent the weekend taking in workshops, classrooms sessions and on and off field development from some of the best in the business.

One of the biggest attractions was to learn from FIFA Instructor and the University of Manitoba Women's Head Coach Vanessa Martinez Lagunas. Vanessa shared her thoughts on identifying university level players for the next stage of development and what we can do better for our players.
