Canada Soccer has announced the Men's National Futsal Team's evaluation camp dates in preparation for the upcoming CONCACAF Futsal Championship. Newly-appointed coach Kyt Selaidopoulos will hold the camp in Toronto from 18-20 March.

"Our early preparations will start with a camp in March," said Selaidopoulos, Canada Soccer's National Futsal. "From there, (our matches against USA on) 5 and 6 May will come very quickly."

The Official Draw for the 2016 CONCACAF Futsal Championship will be held on Wednesday 16 March in San José, CRC. Canada is already scheduled to face USA in a two-match preliminary series in early May, with the winner qualifying for the CONCACAF Futsal Championship which runs 8-15 May.

Selaidopoulos hopes to invite a large group of players for the evaluation camp in Toronto, with the squad to be announced closer to the camp dates. From that group, he will make his selections for the CONCACAF Futsal Championship in May.
