The Ontario Soccer Association is pleased to announce the launch of an updated Competition and Travel Management System (CTMS).

This updated management system will replace the current application system for Tournament Application Forms, Festival Application Forms, Application to Travel Forms, Application to Host Exhibition Games and International Transfer Certificate Forms. The Competition and Travel Management System is scheduled to launch on March 1, 2016.

The Tournament Directory and all application forms which are part of CTMS can be accessed in the Competitions section.

In order to transition from the current system to the updated Competition and Travel Management System, the online application forms will not be available during the time period of February 25 – February 29, 2016. There will be forms available on the website that can be downloaded and processed manually by sending the completed forms to your governing organization.

Please keep in mind that these forms would only be used in extreme last minute cases.

For the most part, we ask that teams and Clubs hold off during that time frame (February 25-29) until the updated system is launched on March 1, 2016.

The Competition and Travel Management System has been considered to be very user friendly and fairly self-explanatory, however, there will be a User Guide available on the website to assist first time users.
