To close out Black History Month, we’re excited to share a special 2024 Ontario Soccer Summit video where we caught up with Sandra Riberdy, Diversity Officer with Ontario Soccer and Pepy Malonga, Founder FOOT IQ.

The two guests share their opinions and feedback on the important topic of inclusion in soccer, as we look to make our sport more welcoming for all.

Sandra Ribery is an Agile Coach by trade, with over 20 years experience in the financial and technology industries, driving organizational change through agility and digital enablement to foster a culture that’s diverse and delivers emerging technologies and innovation.

Pepy Malonga, is the Founder of Foot IQ, an educational program for soft skills development that is available through the Toronto District School Board.

Passionate about soccer since his childhood, Pépy Malonga decided to found FOOT IQ to use his passion as an educational tool. The idea simply came after realizing that his journey around soccer allowed him to build the skills and character to tackle the challenges of life as an athlete.
