The OSA's Administration & Information Management System (AIMS) is a master data management application which is designed to integrate and automate all of the OSA's administrative functions. The AIMS program has a phased implementation plan that will be fully completed over the next few years.
Access the AIMS Registration Portal here: aims.ontariosoccer.net/OSAPlayerRegistration/
Note: AIMS does not work with Internet Explorer v10 and above. The best user experience is with Internet Explorer v9 but AIMS also works quite well with Chrome and Firefox. If you are using an Apple computer AIMS works with Safari but you will have a better experience using Chrome or Firefox.
New Users need to request access through their governing organization. Before an AIMS account will be issued to a New User, the User must sign an AIMS User and Confidentiality Agreement.
User and Confidentiality Agreements
Each User must sign a User and Confidentiality Agreement before an AIMS account can be created for that individual. There are three types of agreements and the organization type (ie., Club, League, District Association) will determine which agreement will be signed by that organization's users. Clubs are given the option of selecting the most appropriate of the three agreements for their users to sign.
The agreements and the differences among the three are explained here: Understanding the AIMS User & Confidentiality Agreements (pdf)
