Tournaments, FESTIVALS, Exhibition Games & Team Travel

There are five types of competitions sanctioned by the OSA and its District Associations:

  1. Leagues
  2. Cup Competitions
  3. Tournaments
  4. Exhibition Game
  5. Under-8 Festivals
.

An Under-8 Festival is a series of 5v5 games, no scores are recorded, no standings are kept, trophies and awards are prohibited and rules are based on mini-soccer rules.  Though not an OSA rule, it is also an OSA technical recommendation that there be no goalies.

  1. Mini Soccer Teams
  2. Youth Soccer Teams
  3. Senior (Open Age) Teams
  4. Old Timer Teams

.
Tournaments are further sorted by gender, age, team classification, location, date and entry deadline date.
