Entry Procedure

Application to enter the OSA March Break Tournaments must be made on the Entry Form below. All teams must be registered with an affiliated club.  Players MUST be registered with their District Association as an Outdoor, Indoor or Futsal player for 2011-2012, and will be required to show their OSA Player Registration Book on tournament day

ENTRY DEADLINE:  The entry deadline is March 6, 2012.  Registration is limited and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.  Those with completed paperwork and payment will be given priority.  Those submitting paperwork and/or payment after the divisions are full will be placed on a wait list.

ENTRY FEE:   Cheque or money order must be made payable to The Ontario Soccer Association.  Credit Card payments must be called in to the OSA Provincial Office to Robyn McComb at (905) 264-9390 x 227

11 v 11 - Entry Fee is $420.00
7 v 7 - Entry Fee is  $300.00

TRAVEL PERMITS:  Teams playing at The Soccer Centre and travelling from within York Region S.A. do not require a Travel Permit.   Teams playing at Lamport Stadium and travelling from within Toronto S.A. do not require a Travel Permit.  All other teams must complete an application to travel and submit the approved permit. Failure to present a Travel Permit will result in forfeiture of all scheduled games without refund.

GAME DETAILS:  

11 v 11 - 3 x 40 minute games, no halftime
Soccer Festival - 3 x 35 minute games, no halftime, special guests and events TBA, participant gifts, draw prizes
