Coach Development

To move the game forward, Coaching Development must begin at the grassroots with the education of parent coaches.

Coaches can plan a personal development pathway that will ensure they can take  specific courses appropriate for the level of players that they are coaching.

Coaches  should source out their Club Head Coach or Technical Director for guidance and encouragement with their personal development plan as a coach!

Long-Term Player Development

With LTPD as the guide, the OSA Coaching Department has launched new online resources for coaches working at all levels of the game in Ontario.

LTPD is a program for soccer player development, training, competition, and recovery based on biological age rather than chronological age.
