The summer saw over 1,100 players register to play outdoor — the Club’s highest registration ever.
Four full-size, lit fields were officially opened in May at the Innisfil Recreational Complex at Innisfil Beach Road and Yonge Street.
The Club also launched a Ladies Recreational League with 6 teams competing in the first season and an 8 team league planned for next summer.
The Innisfil SC School of Excellence started its fall session in October and involves more than 100 players who will learn individual skills, techniques and tactics as well as an underlying focus on physical literacy.
Players train weekly with experienced Coaches in a structured program.
Innisifil SC was awarded the Bronze Level of Club Excellence in April and its volunteers are working diligently towards the Silver Award.
Club Development and the OSA Club Excellence Award program are a service of the Ontario Soccer Association made possible by the generous support of The Ontario Trillium Foundation.
